HB 1320 (2015)

HB 1320 distributed generation and net metering received a committee hearing on 2/18/15 in the House Utilities, Energy and Telecommunications Committee. HB `1320 was amended with a strip and insert amendment offered by the bill author Rep. Eric Koch. HB 1320 received a DO PASS AS AMENDED vote of 9 to 4 along party lines, i.e. all 9 Republicans vote YES and all 4 Democrats voted NO.
