IndianaDG Joins Comments Filed on IPL Community Solar

On Friday (3/22/19), Indiana Distributed Energy Alliance (IndianaDG) joined the Environmental Law and Policy Center (ELPC) and a group of Joint Commenters (listed below) on Design Factors developed by Indianapolis Power and Light (IPL) concerning their proposed pilot community solar project.
