IndianaDG and OUCC file testimony urging IURC to deny AES Indiana EDG tariff to replace net metering

On 8/17/2021, Indiana Distributed Energy Alliance (IndianaDG) and the Office of the Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) filed testimony with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) in the AES Indiana Excess Distributed Generation (EDG) case to replace net metering in Cause No. 45504. Both IndianaDG and the OUCC urge the IURC to deny AES Indiana's proposed EDG tariff.

An evidentiary hearing will be held in this case before the IURC on 10/18/2021 beginning at 9:30 am in Room 222.
