There are a number of reports, rulemakings, administrative rules and orders from the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) which may be of interest to advocates of renewable energy and distributed generation. The Sub-pages listed to the right outline some of the information available for download from this site.

  • Following passage of Senate Enrolled Act (SEA) 251, the IURC embarked on a rulemaking proceeding to implement the Voluntary Clean Energy Portfolio Standard Program (IN VCEPS). Please see Sub-page IURC RM #11-05 for more details.

Duke energy has been estimating a lot of meters and making the consumers read their own meters because the readers are to lazy to get out and read the meter, then after months of this they are adjusting bills at the consumers expense .We pay enough for electricity from them and the cost of living is rough enough without this behavior going on.
