Please find attached the Strawman Draft Proposed Rule for the Indiana Voluntary Clean Energy Portfolio Standard Program (or as suggested by comments – the CHOICE program – see the strawman draft to see why).
[The proposed rule coins the phrase CHOICE = Comprehensive Hoosier Option to Incentivize Cleaner Energy.]
[I have provided below a copy of this Strawman version of the proposed rule which yellow highlights the two places where the rule refers to Voluntary Feed-in Tariffs (VFITs).
